Ancient oil painting on panel created by the Modenese painter Gaetano Pancaldi (1922-2014) , the work in question is a beautiful landscape created with the "frost" technique typical of the artist. In this case the signature is in fact ironically "Panfreddo". The representation of nature and daily life were among the artist's favorite subjects, whowas very active and well-known in the Modena area due to his activity as a poster designer for the Communist Party of Modena and the numerous exhibitions he held.
