Ancient oil painting on generously sized canvas by Maestro Gaetano Pancaldi (1922-2014) which depicts a landscape of the Dolomites, the artist's summer holiday destination and recurring in many of his works.
The representation of nature and daily life were among the artist's favorite subjects, who was very active and well-known in the Modena area due to his work as a poster designer and the numerous exhibitions he held. A tireless painter, Pancaldi worked with unchanged passion until recent years.
